At Mad Rock, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next send, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused climbing equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, load-bearing hardware and used climbing shoes cannot be returned once they have touched the rock or gym floor.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original Mad Rock packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gear experts verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
